What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in: 3:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM. We can store your luggage if you arrive early or leave late.

Do you offer airport transfers?

Yes, we offer transfer service from Juan Santamaría Airport (SJO), Daniel Oduber Airport (LIR) in Liberia, and from La Fortuna. Contact us to arrange.

Are pets allowed?

No, for the wellbeing of local wildlife and all our guests, pets are not permitted at the lodge.

Is breakfast included?

Yes, all our rates include breakfast served in our restaurant with volcano views. We offer traditional Costa Rican, continental, and American breakfast options.

Can you always see the volcano?

Arenal Volcano is visible most days, especially in the early mornings. Visibility may vary depending on weather conditions.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), bank transfers, and cash (colones and US dollars).

How do I get to the lodge?

We are located 9 km from downtown La Fortuna, on the road to Arenal Volcano. You can arrive by car or taxi.

Do you organize tours and activities?
